I'd love to introduce you to Jene, owner of SG Light Therapy Lounge. She specializes in full-spectrum light therapy that helps clients accelerate recovery, reduce pain and restore cellular health.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I saw firsthand how advanced light therapy changed my husband’s life when he was facing surgery and severe neuropathy. Watching him regain function and stability showed me what was possible with non-invasive recovery technology. That experience shifted my career and my priorities.
My “why” is helping people restore their health, regain control of their bodies, and avoid unnecessary suffering when other options haven’t worked. I believe people deserve access to tools that support healing at a deeper level and allow them to stay active, capable, and independent long-term.

About me
I’m a Pacific Northwest native and met my husband in 2000. My husband and I are raising three boys, and family has always been my foundation. I spent over 20 years in healthcare, beginning as a dental assistant and later managing a dental practice. My transition into light therapy came from a deeply personal experience. When my husband was facing neck surgery due to severe neuropathy, we discovered advanced light therapy by chance. The results were life-changing — his symptoms improved, his neuropathy resolved, and he was able to avoid surgery altogether. That experience opened my eyes to what was possible. It inspired me to transition into light therapy so I could help others restore their health, regain function, and improve their quality of life. Today, I work with individuals seeking non-invasive solutions for pain, injury recovery, nervous system balance, and long-term wellness. I’m passionate about sharing this technology and guiding people toward recovery in a supportive, clinically guided environment.
