Hello everyone,
My name is Priti Patel, and together with my husband Nimish, I am the Partner and General Manager of Rodeway Inn Medford, proudly part of the Choice Hotels group. Our hotel is conveniently located in South Medford near City and County offices, I-5, and the airport, allowing us to serve business travelers, healthcare professionals, families, and groups seeking comfortable, affordable, and reliable lodging.
Nimish and I are passionate about hospitality and take pride in creating welcoming experiences while maintaining high brand standards. We focus on strong customer service, long-term guest relationships, and supporting local businesses through referrals and partnerships.
I am actively involved in our community through networking groups, nonprofit organizations, and volunteer work, and I truly value relationship-based business growth. As co-owner of Rodeway Inn Medford, I take a hands-on approach to leadership—supporting my team, serving our guests, and ensuring high standards are met every day. My role goes beyond operations. I focus on creating systems that support people, fostering a culture of accountability and care, and building partnerships that strengthen both our business and our community. I bring experience in marketing, customer engagement, and relationship development, which allows me to connect people and create long-term value.
