What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
Throughout the course of my professional career, I've had a front row seat to what makes organizations truly tick - the people. How well an organization functions is always, at least in part, predicated on the intentionality of the business to do right by their people.
When I think about a strong, healthy organization, I think about an "olive tree." Known for its strong roots that regenerate themselves in the face of environmental adversity, the olive tree is like your business - one that can thrive and regenerate, even in times of crisis, if the "roots" (your people) are well supported with people centered programs, policies, practices, systems and initiatives.
My desire with Rooted HR is to help organizations find their way to becoming the "olive trees" they long to be. -
