I’ve seen too many companies, Non- profit orgs and growing organizations struggle—not because they lack mission or talent, but because their financial systems, reporting, or advisors failed them. When leaders don’t trust their numbers, they can’t plan, grow, or serve their communities effectively.
I do what I do because I enjoy bringing structure, transparency, and strategy to organizations so they can focus on what matters most—whether that’s educating students, serving families, or building a successful business. I am a Principal at Gross Mendelsohn & Associates, where I specialize in providing audit, tax, and financial advisory services to nonprofit organizations, charter schools, and growing businesses. My focus is helping organizations build strong financial foundations so they can grow, remain compliant, and make confident, strategic decisions.
Before joining GMA, I built my career working closely with nonprofit leaders, CFOs, and boards on audits, internal controls, grant compliance, and financial reporting. I have seen firsthand how the right financial partner can transform an organization—not just by keeping it compliant, but by making it bank-ready, board-ready, and growth-ready.
I am passionate about bringing clarity and structure to complex financial situations. Whether an organization is preparing for its first audit, applying for grants, seeking financing, or simply outgrowing its current CPA, I enjoy stepping in as a trusted advisor to help leadership understand their numbers and plan for the future.
