What are the clients needs/wants within the swimming pool (type, family members, pets, size, intended use, looks, slope of yard etc.) This helps to identify which style pool may be best suited for the potential client along with features that they may be looking for and special building requirements.
What is the clients desire for maintenance to be performed by themselves, by systems within the pool, by an outside source? This would help to narrow down systems that can be used by the client as part of the build and as future services.
What is the clients value perception/budget and timeline of what they are looking to achieve with their backyard transformation? This helps to narrow down the funnel of what is out there in the world of swimming pools and backyard makeovers. Someone who wants the fastest build at the lowest cost may lean towards a completely different product compared to someone who wants a completely custom design and look.

About me
I started in the pool industry at 19 working in our retail stores and have been here ever since. Throughout Covid I have thoroughly enjoyed creating waterfront properties in the backyards of hundreds of homes that families can enjoy for the rest of their lives. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time playing volleyball, soccer, and golfing to keep myself active. At one point was playing volleyball semi-professionally here in the US.
