I'm Lisa Sanders, founder of LRS Executive Solutions. I'm a certified Chief of Staff and certified Project Manager based in Georgia, and I work with founders, entrepreneurs, and solopreneurs across the U.S. who have reached the point where they can't do it all themselves.
I spent 25 years as the executive assistant and right hand to CEOs, founders, and board members. That's where I learned how to step into a leader's world, figure out what matters, and handle it without needing to be managed. Now I do that on a fractional basis for business owners who need senior-level support but aren't ready for a full-time hire.
What I take on depends on what you need. For some clients it's operations, project management, and keeping client work moving. For others it's high-level executive support, inbox and calendar, travel, and follow-through. I also work with marketing teams to manage initiatives, websites, and event deliverables.
What's changed in the last few years is AI. I use it every day to streamline processes, automate repetitive work, and build dashboards and tools that give owners a clear view of their business. I'm continually taking courses to stay current, because the tools move fast and my clients should get the benefit of that. If you know you should be using AI and haven't had time to figure it out, that's exactly the kind of thing I handle.
I work as a collaborator, not a task-taker. I'll bring a strategic eye to how things should run, and I'll do the work to make it happen. If you're carrying more than you should be, let's talk.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I spent 25 years sitting next to CEOs, founders, and board members, and I saw the same thing over and over. The leader with a strong right hand could think, decide, and lead. The one without was buried in logistics and follow-up, and the business felt it. When I started LRS Executive Solutions, it was because small business owners deserve that same kind of support, and most can't justify a full-time hire to get it. Then AI changed what one person can do. I went deep on learning it, and now I use it every day to streamline processes, automate the repetitive work, and build dashboards and tools that give owners a clear view of their business. Most people are either afraid of AI or overwhelmed by it. I'm neither, and I like being the person who puts it to work for someone who doesn't have time to figure it out. Watching a founder get their focus back is the part I never get tired of.
Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
I'd like to introduce you to Lisa Sanders. Lisa is a fractional executive support partner for entrepreneurs and solopreneurs who are doing everything themselves and running out of hours. She takes operations, projects, marketing follow-through, and admin off your plate so you can get back to the work only you can do. She also brings something most support partners don't: she uses AI every day to streamline processes, automate the repetitive work, and build dashboards and tools that give you a clear picture of your business without adding to your workload. A lot of owners know they should be using AI and don't know where to start. Lisa already does, and she'll put it to work for you. Add 25 years supporting CEOs, founders, and board members, and you get senior-level judgment with the output of a small team. If you've hit the point where something has to give, she's worth a conversation.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
1. Do you feel like you're drowning in tasks that shouldn't be yours, or missing deadlines because there's too much on your plate?
2. When was the last time you had a full day to focus on the business instead of just running it?
3. Do you know you should be using AI to run your business more efficiently but haven't had time to figure out where to start?
Unique Selling Proposition
Most fractional support falls into one of two buckets: a virtual assistant who needs direction, or an experienced operator who works the way things were done ten years ago. I'm neither. I'm a certified Chief of Staff and certified Project Manager with 25 years as the right hand to CEOs, founders, and board members, so I don't need to be managed. And I bring AI, used daily, to streamline processes, automate repetitive work, and build custom dashboards and tools that show you what's happening in your business at a glance. I'm continually taking courses to sharpen those skills, because the tools change fast and I want my clients to have the benefit of what's current. That combination means you get senior-level judgment, hands-on execution, and the output of a small team, from one person, on a fractional basis that fits where your business actually is.
Hobbies and interest
I love travel, photography, and spending time with my family — especially when it involves exploring new places or relaxing somewhere peaceful. I’m happiest in quiet spaces with good coffee, a great view, or a project I can dive into. I also enjoy home projects and finding simple ways to make everyday life more organized and enjoyable.
