About me
I'm Lisa Sanders, founder of LRS Executive Solutions. I'm a certified Chief of Staff and certified Project Manager based in Georgia, and I work with founders, entrepreneurs, and solopreneurs across the U.S. who have reached the point where they can't do it all themselves.
I spent 25 years as the executive assistant and right hand to CEOs, founders, and board members. That's where I learned how to step into a leader's world, figure out what matters, and handle it without needing to be managed. Now I do that on a fractional basis for business owners who need senior-level support but aren't ready for a full-time hire.
What I take on depends on what you need. For some clients it's operations, project management, and keeping client work moving. For others it's high-level executive support, inbox and calendar, travel, and follow-through. I also work with marketing teams to manage initiatives, websites, and event deliverables.
What's changed in the last few years is AI. I use it every day to streamline processes, automate repetitive work, and build dashboards and tools that give owners a clear view of their business. I'm continually taking courses to stay current, because the tools move fast and my clients should get the benefit of that. If you know you should be using AI and haven't had time to figure it out, that's exactly the kind of thing I handle.

What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I spent 25 years sitting next to CEOs, founders, and board members, and I saw the same thing over and over. The leader with a strong right hand could think, decide, and lead. The one without was buried in logistics and follow-up, and the business felt it. When I started LRS Executive Solutions, it was because small business owners deserve that same kind of support, and most can't justify a full-time hire to get it. Then AI changed what one person can do. I went deep on learning it, and now I use it every day to streamline processes, automate the repetitive work, and build dashboards and tools that give owners a clear view of their business. Most people are either afraid of AI or overwhelmed by it. I'm neither, and I like being the person who puts it to work for someone who doesn't have time to figure it out. Watching a founder get their focus back is the part I never get tired of. -

Hobbies and interest
I love travel, photography, and spending time with my family — especially when it involves exploring new places or relaxing somewhere peaceful. I’m happiest in quiet spaces with good coffee, a great view, or a project I can dive into. I also enjoy home projects and finding simple ways to make everyday life more organized and enjoyable.
