What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
After 20 years as a clinical pharmacy specialist, I saw how many people were told they were “fine” while they didn’t feel well, often taking more medications without real resolution. My own healing journey and clinical experience showed me that lasting change begins at the cellular level. This is why I now help midlife women address root causes through a personalized, whole-body approach. I’m also very passionate about creating a ripple effect, where healthier women raise healthier families and future generations.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
1. Who is feeling “off” in midlife—low energy, brain fog, weight changes but can’t make sense of why, even though she’s trying to take care of herself?
2 .Who keeps being told everything looks normal, yet knows something doesn't feel "right" and wants real clarity about what’s happening in her body?
3. Who is ready for a personalized, root-cause approach that helps her understand her body instead of managing symptoms or chasing protocols?
Unique Selling Proposition
I combine deep clinical pharmacy experience with functional medicine nutrition and a personalized, mind–body–cellular approach to help midlife women restore energy, metabolism, and mental clarity by understanding their bodies and addressing root causes at the cellular level.
About me
I’m Sharon Yeh, an integrative nutritionist and cellular health specialist with a background that bridges science, culture, and lived experience. I was born in Taipei, where food, nature, and traditional wisdom were woven into daily life from an early age, long before I ever stepped into a hospital pharmacy.
I spent over 20 years working as a clinical pharmacy specialist, which gave me a deep respect for science, precision, and critical thinking. At the same time, my own health journey and years of observing patients made it clear that true healing doesn’t come from managing symptoms alone. It comes from understanding how the body functions at its most fundamental, cellular level.
Today, my work integrates modern nutritional science with a deep appreciation for rhythm, nature, and the mind–body connection. I’m especially passionate about helping midlife women reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels informed, grounded, and sustainable, not overwhelming or fear-based.
Outside of my professional work, you’ll usually find me hiking, volunteering at a local farm with my daughter, learning about wild edible and medicinal plants through foraging, or exploring different cultures through food and travel. I care deeply about creating a ripple effect, supporting women in a way that naturally influences how the next generation understands health, nourishment, and well-being.
I love hiking and am currently doing a 52-hike challenge. I also volunteer at a local farm with my daughter on the weekends, which has become one of my favorite ways to slow down and stay connected to nature. I enjoy traveling and exploring different culinary cuisines, and I love learning about wild edible and medicinal plants through foraging.
As a thank-you for thoughtful referrals, I offer either a complimentary 20-minute Cellular Health Clarity Call or a foundational cellular health education session for small groups interested in understanding energy, metabolism, and whole-body wellness from a root-cause perspective.
