Describe How You Would Like To Be Introduced Via Email
Hey [Potential Client’s Name],
I’d love to introduce you to Kelsey Daingerfield, The Virtual Integrator. She helps business owners with lean teams scale without burnout by putting the right systems and structure in place.
Kelsey specializes in helping founders stop being the bottleneck, make better decisions, and build businesses that actually work for them. If you’ve been feeling stuck in the weeds or overwhelmed by operations, she’s the one to talk to.
Kelsey, meet [Potential Client’s Name]. [Potential Client’s Name], meet Kelsey. I’ll let you two take it from here.
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My why comes from seeing how many business owners end up trapped in the grind — chasing growth but losing themselves, their energy, and their families along the way. I believe you can have your cake and eat it too: run a thriving company without burning out. I do this work so founders can stop being the bottleneck, build smart systems, and actually enjoy the life and business they’ve worked so hard for.
Qualifying Questions: What are three questions we can ask clients to help pave the way for a referral? List them here.
1. If you stopped being the bottleneck for every decision, how much faster could your business grow?
2. What would change if your systems actually made things easier instead of slowing everyone down?
3. If your team was used to their full potential, where could you shift your energy as the founder?
Unique Selling Proposition
Most founders don’t realize that an operations partner can step in without being just a coach with advice or a full-time COO with a big salary. That’s where I come in as The Virtual Integrator. I bridge the gap between strategy and execution: clearing decision bottlenecks, simplifying messy systems, and getting teams aligned so the business runs smoothly without burning the founder out. It’s the clarity and operational leadership they need, without the overhead they don’t.
About me
Business owner, mom, and strategist who thrives in the messy middle, that’s me. Originally from the East Coast (New Jersey, which explains the edge), I’ve seen how founders hit a wall once their business takes off: too many decisions, messy systems, and a team that isn’t fully used. That’s where I step in. With an MBA, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I bring the tools and the tough love to clear the clutter, simplify operations, and get the business moving forward again. My passion is helping founders build companies that actually work for them, not the other way around.
My favorite things are family, getting lost in a good book, and hanging out with my kids. I love early morning workouts, a good cup of coffee with a chocolate croissant, and traveling more as my kids grow and we make memories together.
