As a U.S. Air Force veteran, I know firsthand how important it is to have a place that feels secure and truly your own. That’s why I’ve dedicated my real estate career with Front Runner Real Estate to guiding people — veterans and civilians alike — through one of life’s biggest decisions with clarity and care. My “why” is simple: to serve with the same integrity and dedication I carried in uniform, making sure every client, from young families to fellow veterans, feels confident and supported on their journey to homeownership.

About me
With 4 years of experience as a Realtor and over 20 years in customer service, I’ve built my career on listening, problem-solving, and making people feel truly heard. Before real estate, I spent 5 years serving in the United States Air Force, and later worked my way through every role in the restaurant industry. Those experiences taught me discipline, adaptability, and the importance of genuine connection.
My clients would describe me as professional and dedicated, but also approachable and fun. I’m engaged beyond the transaction — I want to know about your family, your milestones, and what’s important to you. Once I understand your needs, I’ll show you the plan to meet them, whether buying or selling in Jefferson or Bullitt County.
Outside of real estate, I’m an animal lover and actively involved with nonprofits that serve children and veterans. Giving back is a core part of who I am, and I bring that same spirit of service into every client relationship.
Outside of real estate, Justin has spent more than 45 years raising honeybees — a passion that keeps him connected to the outdoors and his community. He also enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time at the gun range or in the woods when time allows. Martial arts have been part of his life for two decades, and though he’s now more limited in practice, the discipline and mindset remain part of his daily approach.
Justin’s creative side shows up in his love of music, poetry, and, most recently, in building and designing businesses. He is also deeply engaged with nonprofit work, particularly those serving children and veterans — a commitment he prefers to share in person, where the meaning behind it can truly be felt.
