About me
I’m Elena Sarango-Muniz, founder of Sarango Executive Coaching, a Houston-based leadership and executive coaching practice. After 25+ years in senior HR leadership roles across hospitality, energy, and technology, I know first-hand the pressures senior leaders face — inheriting legacy teams, navigating politics, and being expected to deliver results fast.
I was born in Lima, Peru and moved to the USA to study and pursue my American dream. I now do what I have always loved doing, helping leadership through my experience, emotional intelligence expertise and cultural intelligence skills.
