About me
I represent various employers in employment litigation matters, including whistleblower claims, cases involving discrimination in areas of race, sex, age, and disability, and breach of employment contracts and unfair competition. My work focuses on advising employers of all sizes on a variety of human resources and employment related issues, from hiring to termination, employment procedures and policies, leaves of absences, accommodations, wage and hour, discrimination and harassment prevention, and other employment law compliance issues. I also provide human resources trainings and conduct internal investigations.
