I’d like to be introduced as Nandita Goyal, an advocate at RM Legal in Surat. My practice covers intellectual property, company law, contracts, and capital markets, but more than the technical side, I enjoy working with entrepreneurs and businesses to turn ideas into assets and risks into opportunities. What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I do what I do because behind every legal matter lies a bigger story. A new brand someone is building, an idea that could change the market, a startup chasing growth, or even a family business carrying forward its legacy. My why is to give those stories and dreams the legal strength they need to thrive, so that people can focus on creating while I focus on protecting. -

About me
I’m an advocate at RM Legal in Surat, where I work on intellectual property, corporate law, contracts, and capital markets. My focus is on helping businesses and entrepreneurs protect their ideas, structure their ventures, and resolve challenges so they can focus on growth.
What I enjoy most about my work is that every matter tells a story - a dream someone is chasing, a brand someone is building, or a legacy being carried forward. My role is to give those stories the right legal backing so they’re secure and ready to thrive.
Outside of work, I’m deeply interested in writing, community building, and storytelling through platforms like Humans of Surat. I believe law, creativity, and people’s journeys are more connected than we think, and I enjoy being part of those intersections. -
