Bradley Sherk is a Regional Sales Manager for M3 Technology Group, a leading Audio/Visual Integration and Design company based in Nashville, TN. He leads a highly capable team that helps organizations communicate more effectively using AV Technology, Live Events, and Managed Services by providing reliable systems and support. -
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I have always been into technology and AV and was drawn into that while deciding on a career starting in retail customer service, management, and then sales. M3 was a customer and when I decided I wanted a change they made room and helped me grow into my current role. The "why" now is giving clients a great solution to help with their mission. Sometimes we get to the system that makes clients say "WOW" in both scope and function and we know that is a huge win. The other why is the mission help M3 Technology Group grow and succeed as a company. I have invested almost 12 years and made many friends. Helping M3 achieve success while helping our clients is what I think about each day. -

About me
Born in Indianapolis, Indiana and grew up in Fort Wayne, IN. Married for 29 years to Nicole with two children (Emma (24) Belmont Graduate, Luke (20) TCAT Graduate on August 26th!), and one Shih Tzu (Yogi). We live in Mt Juliet and love Middle TN. After a short but unsuccessful stint at Indiana University I joined the Army and was stationed in Georgia, South Korea, Fort Campbell KY, and Panama. I met my wife in 1994 while she was a student at Vanderbilt and I was stationed at Fort Campbell. -
