I do what I do because I have seen too many passionate entrepreneurs trapped in their own businesses—working 14–16 hours a day, struggling with cash flow, team issues, inconsistent sales, and endless stress.
They started their businesses with dreams of freedom and impact, but somewhere along the way, they lost both.
As someone who has walked the path of numbers, systems, and business for over 28 years, I know that clarity, structure, and support can change everything.
My “why” is to empower MSME business owners—to help them shift from chaos to control, from survival to strategy, from burnout to balance. I want to see them build profitable, scalable, and peaceful businesses that don't just grow revenue, but restore their purpose and peace of mind.
I do this work because I believe MSMEs are the backbone of our economy. When one business transforms, it uplifts families, teams, and communities.

I’m Ravi Kumar Murarka, a Chartered Accountant and Business Coach based in Kolkata, with over 28 years of experience in finance, taxation, and strategic business management.
Over the years, I’ve seen how countless MSME business owners are stuck—working long hours, struggling with cash flow, dealing with inconsistent sales, and feeling overwhelmed by team and system inefficiencies. I realized that most of them don’t need more effort — they need more structure.
