What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My “why” comes from watching my Dad, who owned a small business in Houston for nearly 40 years. He had an incredible run, with many successful years, but I also saw the heartbreak of him having to close his doors. When I first showed him the Culture Index process, the first words out of his mouth were, “If I had this tool back then, I’d still be in business today.”
That moment stuck with me. My heart is for entrepreneurs. I truly believe they are the backbone of our country. They take the risks, create the jobs, and drive innovation - but too often they carry the weight of the business alone.
I want entrepreneurs to get what they originally intended when they started: freedom, flexibility, and financial success. And just as importantly, I want them to have businesses that are built to last - sustainable through the ups and downs of the market.
