I am a POSH and POCSO Consultant with 12 years of experience working across industries, helping organizations create workplaces that are safe, respectful, and legally compliant.
My core work is in PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and POCSO, where I support employers with policy design, awareness programs, Internal Committee training, and advisory support, including serving as an External IC Member and Investigator. My approach is practical, legally sound, and focused on prevention and trust.
In addition, I bring elements of mindfulness coaching into my work to help leaders and teams build awareness, emotional balance, and respectful communication—so compliance translates into everyday workplace culture.
My mission is to help organizations move beyond compliance to build harassment-free workplaces where people feel valued and protected. -

safety and respect are basic human needs. When they’re missing, people go quiet, lose confidence, and stop feeling like they belong.
I do this work because I’ve seen what silence and fear do to people—and how much changes when safety is taken seriously. For me, POSH and POCSO aren’t just about compliance; they’re about dignity, trust, and making work a place where people feel respected and protected. -
