What they’re trying to achieve, what’s getting in the way, and what success would really look like for them. Not giving them a one-size-fits-all answer, but trying to see the situation from their side and figure out a solution that actually makes things better. Taking the time to understand the problem and cutting out a lot of wasted effort.
