Our workshops and trainings are designed to be highly engaging and memorable - don't expect a simple slide deck when we show up! -
About me
A lifelong Minnesotan, I've built my life around family, faith, and a passion for people. I'm a proud mom of two wonderful daughters and have been married to my husband, Jeremy, for over 15 years. We have a German Shepherd named Rogue. Growing up in a large family instilled in me the value of community and connection, which I carry into all aspects of my life. I believe in living life to its fullest, whether that's through my work, sipping my coffee in the morning, throwing memorable parties, or simply enjoying all of life's little moments. I believe there's a lesson to be learned in everything, even in (and especially in) life's challenging times.
I grew up in the staffing/placement and the small business world. My dad owned a staffing firm so I was exposed to all things "people" and "employment" from childhood, paving the way for my career. With a Bachelor's in Management/HR from Minnesota State University, Mankato (Go Mavericks!) and an MBA from the University of North Dakota, I've spent time developing skills in leadership, HR, and business management. My professional journey is rooted in a love for connecting with others and having fun, which fuels my enthusiasm for leading leadership and training sessions. Holding a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification, I'm dedicated to the field of Human Resources and passionate about helping organizations (especially small businesses) thrive. -
