She has successfully built recruitment verticals in a variety of industries, including Oil & Gas, Chemical Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, and Healthcare. As a recognized subject matter expert in research and clinical trials, Rebecca’s expertise has propelled her success in medical industry recruitment.
Currently serving as a Search Consultant for TTG-Search Consulting, a division of TTG-The Theodoros Group, Rebecca specializes in sourcing and qualifying executives across diverse industries. Recognized nationally as a top performer, she has driven innovation in recruitment strategies, cultivated strong talent pipelines, and developed strategic partnerships to address a wide range of hiring needs. Her contributions in business development have further positioned her as a leader in driving strategic initiatives that foster organizational growth and success.
In her earlier career as a Registered Dental Hygienist, Rebecca held key leadership roles, including Senior Director of Operations at iMc-The McGuire Institute and Director of Clinical Research at Perio Health Professionals. In these roles, she partnered closely with leadership teams from major pharmaceutical companies such as Colgate, Sonicare, Astrotech, Medtronic, and 3i. Specializing in pilot studies required for medical device trials, Rebecca played a pivotal role in developing iMc’s blueprint for integrating clinical trials into private practice dentistry. Her contributions included expanding clinical budgets, creating processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice Guidelines, FDA and NIH regulations, and assembling high-performance teams that delivered exceptional results.
Rebecca holds an MS in Clinical Research from the University of Texas Health Science Center and a BS in Health Science from Campbell University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Her professional achievements include publishing peer-reviewed research and earning accolades for her strategic mindset, technological expertise, and steadfast dedication to excellence.

On weekends, Rebecca cherishes spending quality time and creating lasting memories with her children: Hayden, Averie, and Dryden. She can often be found exploring the city with her beloved grandchild, five-year-old Leonessa, who recently moved from England. Staying active and prioritizing fitness are important to her, and she engages in activities like kickboxing (she holds a brown belt), CrossFit, Pure Barre, or Bikram Yoga.
A passionate advocate for animals and nature, Rebecca is deeply committed to conservation efforts for endangered species such as gorillas, elephants, and rhinos, often volunteering her time to support these causes. She also has a strong dedication to service animals and works to spread awareness about PTSD through her pit bull service dog, Nyla, and her sheepadoodle, Nymbus.
On Sundays, Rebecca gives back to her community by volunteering and serving through her church, further embodying her heart for service and connection.
