About me
Hi, I’m Amy Quinn. My husband, Woody, and I are the proud owners of McHugh Tea Room and Laymance Lighting, two businesses rooted in community, family, and a whole lot of heart. Whether I’m planning a special tea event or helping someone reimagine the lighting in their home or business, my goal is always the same: create beautiful experiences that make people feel welcome, seen, and taken care of.
At the tea room, I love bringing people together around good food, good tea, and celebrations big and small. At Laymance Lighting, Woody and I carry forward a 50-year Houston legacy of craftsmanship and trusted service. Together, we help clients illuminate their art, homes, landscapes, and gathering spaces with intention and care.
Family, community, and connection drive everything we do. Owning these two businesses allows us to pour into the people around us, build long-lasting relationships, and create spaces where memories and moments can shine. -
