I do what I do because I want to set an example—not just for my patients, but for my kids. I want them to grow up seeing what it looks like to take care of yourself, to work hard, and to serve others with purpose.
Owning a Gameday Men’s Health clinic gives me the chance to help men reclaim their energy, confidence, and quality of life. When a father has more energy to play with his kids, when a husband feels like himself again, when someone walks out of here feeling hopeful—we know we’ve made a real difference.

I'm a proud mom of three amazing kids who keep me on my toes with their high-level sports schedules—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Family is my driving force and the reason behind everything I do.
By day, I see patients in the dental office, delivering care with precision and compassion. Outside the clinic, I’m a multi-business owner passionate about helping others feel their best, both inside and out. One of my greatest missions is through Gameday Men’s Health, where we bring concierge-level care and cutting-edge wellness solutions to men who want to reclaim their energy, performance, and confidence.
Balancing motherhood, clinical care, and entrepreneurship isn’t always easy—but I thrive on building purpose-driven businesses that improve lives and set an example for my kids about what’s possible when you lead with heart and hustle. -
