Licensed Realtor frustrated with how difficult it is to navigate the construction market place. Started collecting strong independent in house carpenter team as I was learning the trade by some of the best companies in the area. I found getting good help is very much the hardest part of the business, for an owner to deliver consistently. I learned paying people well helps secure consistent help and dynamic cross trained carpenters. -

About me
I am an Eagle Scout and now a Den Leader in the Portsmouth Cub Scouts Webelos. I fell in love when I was abroad at UNH and now have 2 amazing children Louis 8 and Lydia 10. We bought a condemned house in Portsmouth and renovated it. As the son of a Realtor and a Broker/Appraiser. I had lots of experience in real estate before becoming licensed. As my kids got older I got into the trades and worked for many great builders in the sea coast. I could see that they were not able to service small to mid sized projects and we set out to solve that issue. -
