I'm passionate about helping business owners reduce the mental clutter that comes from having everything live in their heads.
The way they serve their clients already exists. They know what happens, what needs to happen next, what to send, what to say, and how to make decisions. The problem is that so much of that knowledge depends on them remembering it.
My work is about getting that invisible knowledge out of their heads and into a clearly defined client journey. Together, we create visible structure that makes it easier to serve clients consistently, delegate when needed, and grow without adding more mental clutter.
I believe your business shouldn't depend on your memory. With the right structure in place, you can have more clarity, consistency, confidence, and breathing room. -

I'm Dr. Hannah Rawiszer, founder of Helping Hannah Professional Services, LLC. I help service-based business owners reduce the mental clutter of running their business by getting everything out of their heads and into a clearly defined client journey.
Through a guided, collaborative process, I turn invisible knowledge into visible structure, creating more clarity and consistency and making it easier to serve clients, delegate, and grow.
When I'm not working, you can find me outdoors, spending time with my cats, or taking trips to the beach. I'm into vampire fiction, holistic health, coloring, and getting crafty with yarn! -
