About me
I’m Erica Billé, the broker-owner of Nest Mortgaging based in Kyle, TX. I’m also a wife, mom, real estate investor, and former high school math teacher. I started investing in real estate in 2014 and quickly realized the power of smart financing strategies. That passion led me to open my own mortgage brokerage, where I help homebuyers, investors, and real estate agents navigate the loan process with confidence. I also offer commercial financing solutions through my company, Capital Ax, helping business owners and investors fund everything from retail centers to warehouses. Relationships mean everything to me—I believe in great communication, follow-up, and a referral-worthy experience every time. -
