What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My passion for serving others began in the 6th grade when I volunteered to teach English to immigrant students—an experience that opened my heart to the power of connection, compassion, and community. That early spark led me to serve my country in the U.S. Army for 12 years and later become a nurse, continuing my commitment to helping others live fuller, healthier lives. After facing my own personal challenges, I realized that people need more than traditional care—they need personalized support, meaningful connection, and tools that empower healing and transformation. That’s why I created MpoweredfuL Souls: a holistic wellness brand that blends skilled nursing care, health and wellness coaching, and soul-centered lifestyle products to help individuals, families, and communities live with intention, dignity, and joy—right where they are.
