We’re Rachel and Chris, the founders of Candid REI Coaching — a faith-driven, no-fluff real estate coaching company helping everyday people create wealth through off-market deals.
We specialize in working with new and aspiring investors who want more than just YouTube videos or cookie-cutter courses. Our clients get hands-on support, step-by-step coaching, and real-world strategies that actually work — all rooted in integrity, transparency, and results.
We’ve built our own real estate business (A and Z Happy Home LLC) from the ground up, and now we walk alongside others to help them do the same — whether it’s wholesaling, creative financing, or their very first investment deal.

Outside of coaching and investing, we’re passionate about faith, family, and building a life with purpose. We love spending quality time with our boys — cheering them on at hockey games, supporting their creative projects, and making meaningful memories together. We enjoy mentoring young people, especially those facing tough situations, and showing them how real estate can create a better future. I personally enjoy movies, inspiring podcasts, and connecting with new people. Whether we’re remodeling a property, planning a faith-filled road trip, or learning new tech tools to streamline our business, we’re always focused on growth, service, and living out our values.
