Murph McIver is the Founder and Software Architect of Xeo Software, where he helps businesses scale with tailored software solutions. With over 25 years of experience, Murph specializes in designing systems that streamline operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive measurable ROI.
Murph served in the U.S. Army and reached the rank of Captain before transitioning into software development after discovering his passion for database design. Since 2001, he has personally led every Xeo Software project, ensuring that each solution is precise, practical, and built to last.
Murph takes a trusted advisor approach, working closely with clients to understand their business models and craft solutions that truly fit—without unnecessary complexity.
When he’s not designing software, you’ll find him reading or on the pickleball court. But not on social media.
He lives in Fort Collins with his wife and 2 boys.
