About me
I'm Jessica Rink, the Founder and CEO of Intuition Mindset®. My mission is to help high-performing leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals master their intuition, emotional intelligence, and mental clarity to create lasting success and meaningful impact.
With over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and government agencies, I've witnessed firsthand how traditional leadership models often fall short in today’s rapidly changing world. Through Intuition Mindset®, I guide leaders to break free from conventional thinking and tap into their inner wisdom, enabling them to make confident, aligned decisions and navigate complexity with ease.
I hold a Master of Public Administration from Penn State University, a Bachelor's in Business Administration, and multiple certifications in Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0) and professional facilitation. My work is deeply rooted in helping others cultivate self-awareness, emotional balance, and strategic foresight—skills essential for authentic and impactful leadership.
At Intuition Mindset®, I combine insights from neuroscience, metacognition, and intuitive development to create practical, actionable strategies for success. I believe that intuition is not just a trait but a skill that can be trained and refined to enhance personal mastery and business outcomes.
My approach is designed for leaders who are ready to move beyond conventional success, embrace a new paradigm, and lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Whether through 1:1 coaching, group programs, or workshops, I empower clients to unlock their full potential and align with the life and work their soul truly desires.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me diving deep into learning about the brain, consciousness, and the evolution of human intelligence—I'm a great big nerd for learning and sharing knowledge that transforms lives. I'm also an avid mountain biker and hiker. -
