Altynay Tokocheva is the co-owner of Superb Maids Houston, a trusted cleaning company serving both residential and commercial clients in Houston and surrounding areas. Superb Maids Houston provide a full range of cleaning services including regular home cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, office cleaning, and commercial facility maintenance. -
What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My "Why" - for my Family and for my purpose.
Most importantly I do this for my kids. I want to show them what it means to work hard, build something with love and never give up.
Also, I do this business because I want to help people. To give busy families peace of mind, to bring comfort and calm into their homes, and to make their everyday life a little bit easier.
This business is not only about cleaning homes, it's my way of building a better future - for my family and children, for our clients and for our team. -

About me
I was born and raised in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, and studied Chemical Engineering in Almaty, Kazakhstan, where I met my husband. After starting my career in Kazakhstan’s oil and gas industry, I moved to London, working full-time while earning my MBA.
After 5 years abroad, we returned to Almaty, started a family, and my sister and I opened a successful coffee shop. When my sister moved to Houston, we decided to bring our entrepreneurial spirit here by acquiring Superb Maids Houston.
I moved to Houston in early 2024 with my three boys, and recently my husband joined us full-time. Now, I’m balancing life as a mom, business owner, and entrepreneur, passionate about helping families enjoy cleaner, more comfortable homes. -
