Hi, I’m Sondra Harper, an ACC ICF-certified international coach and small business empowerment specialist with over 15 years of experience in helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals. My passion lies in guiding small business owners to overcome challenges, build confidence, and create thriving businesses.
With a background in building, operating, and successfully selling multiple businesses, I bring real-world insights and strategies to the table. Whether it’s mastering sales conversations, improving time management, or scaling operations, I love helping business owners break through barriers and turn their dreams into reality.
As an author and coach, I’m committed to empowering others with the tools, mindset, and clarity they need to succeed. Outside of work, I enjoy connecting with like-minded professionals, sharing ideas, and finding ways to support our local business community.
