We offer virtual administrative services for small business owners with packages starting at just 5 hours a week. All our assistants are located in the US for fast response times and English fluency. We offer a wide variety of services for any industry including, email and calendar management, scheduling and invoicing, A/P & A/R services, medical billing & coding, and much more!
About me
Hi I'm Sarah!
I live in south central Minnesota on a hobby farm with my husband of 24 years and our 20 year old son. In the mix are the 3 cats, 2 dogs, 100+ chickens and ducks and a plethora of other animals.

I left my overly stressful corporate job as an executive assistant to a bank CEO to found Neisen Consulting. I love helping small businesses beat the chaos and enjoy their passion again. When I'm not delivering PowerPoint slides or sifting through crazy inboxes, you'll find me sewing or in the garden.
