At one of my lowest points in life, I found myself trying to manage a full time corporate job, $1MM Commercial Cleaning Business with 40 employees and no management staff, two ailing parents and my family. I was completely burned out and felt like a failure! I knew it was a lot for anyone to manage but I had never been in a situation where I was completely overwhelmed...I was a high achiever! The death of my father sent me over an edge. With the help of formal and informal coaches, I was able to build a plan and gradually remove things from my plate and clear my mind. I realized that everyone needs help or a coach sometimes. I want to be that resource for others so no one ever feels the frustration, sadness and shame that I felt on my worst day. Helping someone to transform their business can transform their life!
Unique Selling Proposition
I believe that helping individuals transform businesses can transform lives. I have a passion for growing businesses and helping people, so I decided to take my 20+ years of corporate experience as well as experience owning and operating four businesses of my own to establish a coaching practice fulfilling my personal mission. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly of the corporate world and entrepreneurship, so now I help business leaders manage through the challenges associated with things like time, team, money, and future planning to help eliminate the uncertainty, frustration, and stress of business ownership that I once felt.
