After spending way too much time on the road with large territories in corporate America, along with missing way too many family events, I am excited to invest in my local small and mid-size business community and share the experience and wisdom I have earned over the last 36 years. -

With a 36-year career dedicated to maximizing sales performance, my mission is to cultivate high-impact sales strategies that drive substantial growth. At Sales Xceleration, I leverage a Certified Sales Operating Management System to build robust sales infrastructures, guiding businesses toward increased revenue. My role as Founder and CEO at Capstone Performance Group embodies my commitment to transforming sales organizations under $50 million into powerhouses of profit.
The competencies gained from nurturing customer relationships and pioneering new business development have been the cornerstone of my approach. We, at Capstone Performance Group, powered by Sales Xceleration, have witnessed 98% of clients achieving significant sales increases within their first year. This success is a testament to our collective expertise in sales leadership and my personal dedication to mentorship and strategic sales planning.
On a personal level, I have been happily married for 35 years. My wife and I have 7 children from ages 31 to 17 and 8 grandchildren from 9 years to 3 months. -
