Because I am seasoned and in my mid-60s, my natural market is home buyers and sellers over 55 who are Selling and Downsizing or Relocating to Las Vegas. 80% of my YouTube demographic is over 55 years old.
I am fit, youthful, and hip for my age. I love working with young people and first-time home buyers, but more often, I naturally attract older clients with financial resources.

My additional experience includes building and selling five profitable businesses over the last 30 years. Three of them were insurance businesses here in Las Vegas, and I still hold my insurance license in Nevada.
