What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I love working with manufacturing companies and have a great respect for the industry. I also love helping my employees learn new skills and taking on new challenges while seeing them achieve their personal financials goals. I want to change the way companies leverage "temporary help" and the way employees are treated in this industry. We give all of our employees respect, provide honesty and treat them like human beings. Many companies say they do this, but few actually do it. -
Unique Selling Proposition
We provide critical manufacturing skill sets to companies across the US to "fill the gap". When internal and external hiring efforts fall short of meeting the need, we send in our employees to boost production output during surges in production, backlog projects or to keep up with existing demand and meet order delivery timelines. -
About me
I'm originally from Wisconsin and have lived in Minnesota since 2003. I have a wife and three children, whom all keep me busy. I enjoy watching my Wisconsin sports teams, dabble in golf, a little guitar and a western culture enthusiast. When I'm not at work or home, you'll find me at our lake home.
Overall, I've been in my specific niche for 15 years, having developed solutions for manufacturing companies throughout the US and helping them achieve production goals. -
