Through our program of personalized coaching and mentorship, I am driven to help individuals overcome obstacles, unlock their potential, and achieve their dreams of financial independence. -
About me
Mark is an active real estate investor specializing in multifamily properties. Starting in 2014 with a quick acquisition of 5 single family rentals in 6 months, Mark shifted to multifamily and syndicated a deal in 2016 that doubled his partner’s investment in 2.5 years. From there Mark focused on building his passive multifamily portfolio of 1759-units across 10-properties located in Central Texas and one waterfront development project on Medina Lake. Mark spent almost 20 years in the medical device engineering field, running the gambit of engineering disciples including design, manufacturing, project management, quality assurance, and service operations all of which help bring a well-rounded perspective to his real estate ventures. In the summer of 2023 Mark retired from his engineering career and as the owner of WealthMark REI, is dedicated to expanding its portfolio with more land development and multifamily projects.
In August of 2023 Mark joined Apartment Educators as the Business Development Director. As a passionate advocate for real estate education, Mark is actively engaged with local communities to share his knowledge and experiences. Through meetups, seminars, mastermind events, and online platforms, his aim is to empower aspiring investors with the tools they need to embark on their own successful real estate journeys. In February of 2024 Mark closed his second syndication of a 127-unit apartment complex within the Apartment Educators ecosystem.
