What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My 'why' is to build an independent, self-sufficient lifestyle that allows me to be present in my family life while involved and connected to the amazing community around me. I want to have the freedom to build a business and lifestyle in a way that inspires me, so that I am giving the best version of myself to the world. I also aim to find needs in the community and help others build a life they love. I believe all of that can start with a place to call home. -
About me
I'm a long time resident of the Greater Houston Area. I've been married for 20 years to my amazing husband, Kyle Mazeikas. We have three children ages 18, 13, and five. I graduated from LSU "Geaux Tigers" in 2002 with a degree in Mass Communications and began a career in television working as an Associate Producer for The Judge Alex Show that filmed here in Houston. From there I moved to a career even more behind the scenes with Fox Sports and eventually decided to stay at home with my kids. While staying at home, I developed a side hustle teaching swim lessons in private homes. That side hustle grew to a small business over nearly ten years in The Woodlands with three employees and hundreds of clients each summer season. I sold the swim business in 2021 and opted to join my husband in the real estate industry. Together, he and I have over 20 years of experience selling and financing homes in Texas. I love sharing my community with others, especially newcomers to the area! -

Helping people learn the area is part of what makes my buying and selling experience unique. I love pointing out great restaurants, parks, lake activities, events, gyms, libraries, etc. so that my clients start to feel comfortable not just in their home, but in the neighborhood as a whole. I also love being a resource with great small businesses to recommend to my buyers that will help them enjoy their property to the fullest.
