About me
I am a native of Nashville. I have been married to my best friend Tiffany for 33 years and we have three great sons and 2 beautiful grandbabies. I have worked in Human Resources for over 30 years and when I'm not working, I'm camping or spending time with family. I have a strong belief in investing in the future through children. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Nashville based Youth Encouragement Service. I love what I do and this season of my life. -

My company is Principle HR Solutions and Consulting and we provide Fractional HR Services and Project Support to clients in Tennessee, Kentucky and Arizona. Yep, Arizona. When I say Fractional HR I essentially mean we provide a full array of HR support to our clients including staffing and safety. We do this onsite and remotely. We effectively become our clients' HR Department. -
