  • What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
When business owners are empowered with their options in offering benefits as an organization, and employees are empowered through education behind what their benefits are and understanding what that means for them/their family and phase of life or health concerns; everybody wins!
  • About me
As a girl who grew up in suburban Minnesota and has experience ranging from milking goats at 3am to graduating with my psychology degree and flying overseas to serve as a missionary in remote Haiti, I never imagined I would be in the insurance industry for over 7 years now. I've learned the common theme in all of my efforts and passion behind everything I do is empowering others through education and experience to achieve their goals. It's no secret that there is brokenness when it comes to our healthcare and insurance systems here in the US, but the light in all of it comes through education and options.

Have you felt frustrated by recruiting well or being competitive in hiring? Are rising costs of doing business or overhead something that keep you up at night? Do you wonder about the effect of Sick and Safe time or the PFML coming up in 2026?
