What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
Founding and growing my first business almost 2 decades ago, to close to $1 million by the fourth year prompted people from across the country to email me asking me for my help using the growth strategies that allowed me to reach that level so quickly with a service based business. ☺️
… my big “WHY“ is to help others, and reduce suffering on a global level.
To this end, my first two businesses were integrative medical practices.
The first was an all cash-based practice in Missoula, Montana for a decade where I was blessed to work with a team of four full-time and two part-time people in my dream location downtown just 1 mile from the University.
After Helping thousands of patients over a decade there, I chose to move back home to Austin Texas in 2014 where I started my second integrative medical practice, but experimented with a different business model and reached over $30,000 a month by the fifth month , prompting five of the universities in Los Angeles to request me to move back to California to teach my marketing strategies to their students.
It’s been a joy to help people with their health, Although now I only work with six people at a time since it’s very customized and I’m on call for those with chronic disease, while the rest of my time is spent helping entrepreneurs grow their business so they can pay themselves $100,000 or more working in their business full-time and also receiving all the benefits they would with a corporate upper management salary. -

I love people and helping and being of service and growing community.😄
I’ve always been athletic, in ballet from the age of six through high school, and at the University of Texas.
Once I married to a man from California, I moved there to help take care of his elderly parents and transferred to the University of California, Santa Barbara to finish my pre-medical and religious studies double major undergraduate work, and was on the cycling team, blessed to ride Through the mountains and even to win sixth place at a race at Stanford University.
I now practice yoga most mornings as I watch the sunrise.
I’m definitely a woman who loves the water, and while I am no longer in California to be on the beaches and swim in the ocean, my heart most closely aligns with my Austin home in Texas, enjoying the multitude of rivers streams, and thousand miles of waterways, lol, (well in the wetter years) and of course, Barton springs and Krause springs are two of my favorites . -
