My 'why' stems from my lifelong passion for understanding how things work and my deep-seated desire to help others. From a young age, I've been fascinated by the mechanics of businesses - the intricate 'machinery' that makes each one unique and efficient. As I grew older, this curiosity evolved into a passion for helping businesses optimize their operations and overcome challenges. I find immense satisfaction in providing solutions that not only improve business efficiency but also positively impact the lives of the people involved. In essence, I do what I do because it allows me to combine my love for business mechanics with my desire to make a difference. -

I'm Sterling, a passionate business operations consultant with a knack for understanding the mechanics of various industries. With (barely) over a decade of experience in the field, I've developed a keen ability to identify operational inefficiencies and provide effective solutions.
My journey in this field was sparked by a childhood curiosity of understanding how things work, which later evolved into a fascination with business operations. This curiosity, combined with my desire to help others, led me to establish my own consulting firm, where I've had the privilege to assist numerous businesses in streamlining their operations and achieving their goals.
But I'm not all business. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, learning to code, a variety of audiobooks, and cooking. I believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and these activities help me stay grounded and refreshed (and prevent burn-out).
