I believe there is large disconnect with employers and employees on the education of a benefits offering. It is my goal to improve that gap by getting employers to understand the value of education, because very few employees utilize their benefits appropriately. -
About me
With 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, I have seen firsthand the challenges that employers face when it comes to managing their employee benefits. That's why I am passionate about utilizing benefit enrollment platforms to streamline the enrollment process and make it easier for employers and their employees.
In my portfolio of options, I have partnered with a top payroll and HR management company to provide comprehensive benefit management resources. This allows me to offer a one-stop-shop for all of my clients' benefits needs, making it easier for them to manage their benefits while focusing on their core business.
As an advocate for employee education, I believe that it is critical for employers to educate their employees about their benefit options. Not only does this help employees make informed decisions, but it also benefits the employer by increasing employee satisfaction and retention.
One of my key focuses is on mitigating cost increases on medical premiums by focusing on true solutions rather than band-aids. This includes offering wellness incentives to reduce healthcare costs and improve employee health. I believe that prescriptions are not a solution but rather a band-aid to a much bigger issue: poor eating habits and lack of exercise.
