I have a passion for helping other business owners and executives succeed.
About me
I have been an eastside resident since 1992. My professional background is in sales, with more than 35 years of experience in sales, sales management and sales leadership - all in the food business. I am known for being calm, supportive and stable, being a good listener and a team player who cares about others. I am married, and have three adult children and two grandchildren.
I enjoy spending time with friends and family, especially my two young granddaughters who are incredibly smart, cute and energetic. I am an avid sports fan and follow the NFL, NBA, and MLB religiously. I love to travel with my wife. I like history, movies, good cable TV series and am always on the hunt for great food and wine.
The Alternative Board is unique in that our members receive both direct consultation (in the form of proposed actions and solutions) from their fellow board members, and thought partnership and coaching from their coach/facilitator. Also, The Alternative Board aims to not only improve our members' businesses but also to positively impact their lives,
Lonely or troubled business owner from any industry, doing $500K to $10MM in annual sales, with employees, and a desire to change and grow their business. They must be open to the concept of getting help with their business and also want to help others in a board setting. They need to be a likeable and reasonable person.
