All my family has been entrepreneurs; therefore, I have surrounded myself with business owners and I truly admire their hustle and discipline! During my teenage year I seen my dad's flooring company grow, grow too fast it had to close down. My WHY has always been to find the reasons why and help other business owners not make the same mistake and succeed! -

Our mission is to provide financing to deserving but underserved small businesses and nonprofits for equipment purchases, permanent working capital term loans, revolving lines of credit, and real estate. With flexible underwriting and no pre-payment penalties, we offer interest rates and terms of up to 60 months (longer in special cases). -
About me
As the daughter of an entrepreneur, Cindy understands the challenges small business owners face and is passionate about advancing affordable capital to entrepreneurs. She joined the PeopleFund team in the summer of 2019 after 12 years in banking with both BBVA and J.P. Morgan Chase. In addition to her experience in the financial sector, Cindy has certifications in real estate and insurance. She has a degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Houston Downtown. Outside of the office, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family (3 sisters) and finding new places to do arts or eat with her teenage daughter. -
