The direct answer is for my family, we all work to provide, but there is something to be said about the adage that if you love what you do, it is not "work". After 25 years in the service and sales industry, it was time for a change. I tried to find the funding to buy a business or franchise and realized how difficult it was, which was the catalyst to becoming a commercial loan broker. Now, I can help others with the same challenges and assist them with financing their dreams. Starting or buying a business, an investment property from a fix and flip to multi-unit rental, and all other types of business loans to grow their business. I love what I do and truly being a resource and consultant is a great feeling, even if we do not fund an opportunity - I still want to provide a solution.
I grew up in Sarasota, Florida. Went to college in Gainesville at the University of Florida then moved to Evergreen, Colorado with my wife in 1995. I worked for industrial uniform companies Cintas and Service Uniform in various capacities until starting my current company in 2019. I am an independent associate for Legal Shield and studying for my Commercial Real Estate License. I am on the Conifer Chamber Board and supporting founding member of Conifer Radio. I truly love what I do, helping fund visions and dreams, meeting new people and making synergistic connections.
We offer more loan options than any one bank in the country. We specifically match the strengths of the borrower to the specific lender than can work with those parameters and overcome any challenges. This is different than most lenders that have one loan option - take it or leave it.
