What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
My why is to help people heal holistically, eliminate single use plastic and teach others how to do the same, while elevating their mind, body and achieving financial freedom. My mission is to help people understand that our bodies are self healing machines that when given the proper tools, can heal themselves. Many people are suffering in silence without a solution & my why is to help them know that there is a way to have freedom in their health & life. We are the change we want to see in this world. -
About me
I am a nurturer & I've never met a stranger. I love in person connecting and I am someone who can find something in common with almost anyone. I love to learn and listen to stories and get to know people on a deep level. I have been in many industries over my professional career. I was in entertainment, focusing on singing for over 10 years. Live entertainment and musical theater were my specialities.
I ultimately graduated from the University of Houston's Bauer School of Business with a degree in Sales and Marketing and minor in Musical Theater from St. Edwards University in Austin. I believe business & theater go hand in hand beautifully in the business world. I worked in fine dining hospitality for 11 years, all while starting an eco - conscious clothing line called Pura Sutra, launching a human grade dog food company called Lola & Baxter, networking in the sky as a corporate flight attendant around the world and many other fun business ventures along the way.
In 2020 I was introduced to an opportunity to start my own business in health & wellness with an emphasis on water. Ever since, I have been passionately sharing what I have learned and continue to learn about the power of superior hydration and the many ways you can utilize the product. I believe that work life balance is a key component to a happy healthy life and I strive to create that balance in my life.

I am fascinated by bio-hacking and the many ways to enhance one's life through health & wellbeing. I am constantly integrating bio-hacking modalities into my daily life, such as consuming superior water, near infrared light exposure, ice baths, breath work, grounding, sound healing, growing and consuming sustainably grown whole foods, yoga, fitness, gratitude practice & prayer, meditation and prioritizing human connection.
My fiance and I grow food in our backyard garden and have a variety of 6 fruit trees and 22 bonsai trees. Our garden attracts many varieties of butterflies and we are happy to raise butterflies on our property. We shop at local farmers markets and farms for 70-80% of the food we consume. Many market goers call me "The Market Sherpa" because I love to introduce new people to my favorite vendors of all kinds! Our passion is to help connect people back to the earth, which we have grown disconnected from in recent generations.
One of my biggest passions are animals. I love every animal on this planet and admire the raw beauty, innocence & uniqueness they bring to this world.
I love to travel and learn about different cultures. We love to camp and explore what nature has to offer. I was a competitive swimmer growing up, so I love swimming in natural bodies of water any chance I get. I enjoy capturing moments and taking pictures. -
