What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
I practiced construction litigation for years but shifted my focus to estate planning after the passing of my grandparents. There was a lot of family drama surrounding the settlement of their estate and I realized the stress and frustration could have been avoided with proper estate planning. My mission now is to help you protect your loved ones from the burden of attending to your estate after you pass. -
About me
I received my law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law and have been practicing for almost 25 years. I currently practice law in Colorado and Washington state. After experiencing the stress and family drama of settling my grandparents' estate, I decided to leave a long time career as a litigator to start an estate planning firm. I now help individuals and families secure their financial future, and give those they leave behind the gift of a peaceful transition, through informed estate planning. If a probate (court) proceeding is required, I help the family work through the complications of handling the estate with compassion and understanding. As a small business owner myself, I also enjoy working with other small businesses to ensure that they have updated formation documents, contracts, and most importantly, a succession plan that is integrated with the owner's estate plan. -
