About me
I am a talent advisor, people strategist, and proven thought leader. I have over 20+ years of experience in multiple disciplines including executive recruiting, comprehensive H/R Solutions, financial services, and wealth management within the C-suite. I have helped successfully small, medium, and large-size companies to help them create strategic opportunities that led to an opportunity cost of over $20 million to help them grow faster and be more profitable. I give back to my community by serving on the Board of Directors of CJE Senior Life and as acting VP of the Northbrook Symphony Orchestra. I hold a B.A. in Speech Communications and Human Resource Development from Northeastern Illinois University and an MBA from North Park University in Marketing/Sales Management with a certificate in organizational behavior. I have also taught high-level college courses in business negotiations. -
