We are the leaders the world needs now, but only when we lead from our feminine intelligence. "When 'Mama's' happy, everyone's happy." This applies to all endeavors.
I develop women leaders because it makes me happy. I thrive in front of a audience of women, sharing priceless knowledge and skills I learned from my mentors. I continue my education, travelling and learning from masters around the globe. -

About me
I love and believe in people. I love to listen, learn what makes them tick and help them get where they want to go. Nowhere in life is as important as our relationships, so I coach women on getting over learned, cultural habits that make us ineffective professionally and at home.
I earned a B.S. in Hotel Administration, only to discover I love to stay in hotels, not work in them! I've lived overseas, in national parks and forests and enjoy sales and training. As author of 23 Innovations in Selling, I help people become the person others want to buy from. I look forward to meeting you and facilitating your meeting or group. -

Hobbies and interest
A native Houstonian, I returned in 2025 to explore my roots. I began my business here over 30 years ago, when coaching was a brand new industry. Due to deep friendships, my business was successful from the get-go. Now that I'm back, I look forward to building relationships in the best city I know of for business and friendship.
I'm really into nature, and love spending time with my son, my family and sharing stories and wisdom. I welcome any opportunities to explore kayaking, canoeing, the outdoors, nature and culture including music, dance and theater in our city and beyond.
