  • What is your "why"? Why do you do what you do?
    When our two boys were younger they struggled with their health. Their health got progressively worse over 6 years, with no answers coming from the legions of specialists we consulted. Our older son missed 35 days of school before Christmas when he was a freshman in HS. By good fortune we found our way to a nutritional biochemist, a PhD. After 2 months of major dietary changes and intensive supplementation, our older son's health was brought back into balance. This opened my eyes to the power of nutrition and it became my mission to learn about human health and to help other people avoid the nightmare that we endured.

    I was born in NY and moved to NJ when I was 12. I was blessed to grow up in a rural area and had backyard horses, dogs, cats, steer- it was idyllic. I met my future husband in college and we were married a couple of years after graduation. I had a career in Property/Casualty Insurance and thrived there until I decided to let it go and dedicate my efforts to spreading health and wellness far and wide! We have two grown sons, now 29 and 27 (no wives!)- We relocated here to WA from DE about 1 1/2 years ago when my husband was recruited by Seattle Genetics in Bothell. We are loving it here, exploring the hiking and making new friends.

    I love gardening, veggies and flowers for cutting. I love the outdoors, hiking, boating. Attending seminars, reading and researching about health is my hobby, I am a geek, to be sure! I also love learning how to adapt recipes to be more healthful.

She starts with a 20 minute "discovery" meeting. In this way you can both determine if there is value in your meeting again to go into more detail about what options she can offer and how they would support your practice.

This experience made her passionate about helping people stay healthy or get healthy, if they are dealing with an illness.
